Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of electrical/electronic engineers and technicians to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to align engineering activities with project timelines and goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices in all engineering operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance the longevity and performance of electrical/electronic systems.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and staff to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the engineering sector.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical and electronic systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
