Join Mario A. Alix Philippines, Inc as an Office Engineer in our dynamic team based in Bali, Indonesia. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects by providing technical support, coordinating with field teams, and maintaining project documentation.
As an Office Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between on-site operations and administrative functions. Your expertise in engineering principles, project management, and communication will be essential in delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary range of ₱19,000 – ₱23,000 per month (or equivalent in local currency), along with the chance to work on exciting projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and review of engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with field engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment with technical and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance with design plans and quality control measures.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Provide technical support to resolve on-site engineering challenges and propose solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction, project management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean).
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
