Responsibility
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of PCBs to identify defects, damage, or performance issues
- Perform precise rework and repair of PCBs using soldering, desoldering, and micro-soldering techniques
- Utilize diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) to troubleshoot and verify PCB functionality
- Follow strict quality control procedures and IPC standards for all repair and rework activities
- Document repair processes, defects, and solutions in detailed technical reports
- Maintain and calibrate rework equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve PCB design and manufacturing processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB repair, rework, or electronics manufacturing
- Proficiency in soldering, desoldering, and micro-soldering techniques
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and other relevant electronics quality standards
- Experience using diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
- Basic understanding of PCB schematics and circuit diagrams
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and work instructions
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
