Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects on-site.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Review electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols (e.g., NEC, IEC, or local Indonesian regulations).
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (if not already based there).
