Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and load calculations to ensure optimal system performance and safety.
- Prepare detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to enhance system reliability and safety.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in electrical engineering, such as smart grids, renewable energy integration, and IoT-enabled systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical system design, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux) and MS Office tools.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (PUIL) and international standards (IEC, NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and leadership skills.
