Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to mitigate potential project delays or cost overruns.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities to secure permits, approvals, and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency and safety.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E. or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil engineering project management, preferably in infrastructure or construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
