Responsibility
- Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from inception to mass production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to optimize project workflows and resolve technical challenges.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed reports to stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing NPI projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in Indonesia.
