Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and commissioning of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Develop and implement equipment optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals and troubleshoot process-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation, maintenance protocols, and safety procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend upgrades or modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or technical support.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing tools (e.g., CVD, PVD, Etch, Lithography).
- Strong knowledge of plc programming, pneumatics, hydraulics, and vacuum systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ISO, SEMI, or other industry standards for equipment maintenance and safety.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to create technical reports and train team members.
