Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive M&E design reviews to ensure compliance with local and international standards, including safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Perform on-site monitoring and inspections to verify installation quality, adherence to specifications, and timely project progression.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align M&E requirements with overall project goals and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical reports, as-built drawings, and documentation for project handover and future reference.
- Ensure all M&E systems meet regulatory codes (e.g., SNI, PUIL, or other relevant standards) and client specifications.
- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for M&E components, optimizing resource allocation without compromising quality.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or building services.
- Proven expertise in M&E system design, installation, and commissioning, with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design software, as well as MS Office and project management tools.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international M&E standards (e.g., SNI, IEC, NFPA).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
