Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of rail and transportation infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams, to align project objectives and timelines.
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and cost estimates for rail systems, including tracks, signaling, and electrification.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to guarantee adherence to safety and performance criteria.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and innovation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in rail engineering to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on rail, metro, or transportation systems.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of railway design standards (e.g., AREMA, UIC) and familiarity with CAD, BIM, or other engineering software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
