As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, design lean manufacturing systems, and deploy cutting-edge methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet production targets, reduce waste, and maintain competitive advantage in the wireless technology sector.

Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, TPM, Six Sigma) to eliminate waste and maximize productivity.
- Conduct time-motion studies, capacity planning, and workflow simulations to identify inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to align process improvements with business objectives.
- Design and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track operational performance, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), cycle time, and yield rates.
- Spearhead the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT and automation, to modernize manufacturing operations.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial engineering, safety protocols, and process standardization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and ROI of process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing operations, preferably in electronics or wireless technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, root cause analysis (RCA), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab, or similar engineering software, as well as ERP/MES systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration and change management.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or commute as required.
