Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning and scoping to delivery and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, procurement, operations) to align resources, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain project momentum.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and KPIs using tools like Gantt charts, MS Project, or Agile methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at every project phase.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to proactively address potential issues.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and stakeholder updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts, scope changes, and deliverables while maintaining strong relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of project engineering experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on efficiency and cost control.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Indonesia (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
