Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and monitor electrical installation projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including specifications, technical drawings, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Perform site supervision and conduct quality inspections to troubleshoot and resolve technical site issues.
- Review electrical design drawings, schematics, and load calculations to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timeline scheduling to meet strict project milestones.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with relevant authorities regarding submissions and inspections.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in M&E building services or construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, distribution, and control systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant engineering software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites effectively.
- Knowledge of Singapore Standards (SS) and Code of Practice for electrical installations.
