Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and government authorities to align project objectives and resolve potential issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, local regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Liaise with procurement teams to source materials, negotiate contracts, and optimize cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project engineering or construction management for Senior Project Engineer; 3+ years for Project Engineer.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
