Responsibility
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze production workflows and implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational performance.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and streamline operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency.
- Recommend and implement automation solutions to improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process optimization tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with CAD software and production planning tools.
