Responsibility
- Develop detailed MEP and HVAC drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP and HVAC systems into building designs.
- Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing for HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the accuracy of installations and resolve any design conflicts.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings and revision logs.
- Optimize designs for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical challenges during the design and construction phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP and HVAC drafting and design, preferably in the construction or consulting industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) and BIM tools.
- Strong knowledge of MEP and HVAC systems, codes, and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, local regulations).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Experience working on international or high-profile projects is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
