Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of facility management systems, including HVAC, Boiler, Genset, and AHU.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to facility operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facilities meet operational and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on utility and engineering systems.
- Proven expertise in managing HVAC, Boiler, Genset, and AHU systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
