Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Oversee engineering design, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (architects, contractors, vendors) to align project goals and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Monitor progress, costs, and quality through regular site inspections, reports, and KPI tracking.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, including drawings, BOQs, and feasibility studies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all project activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permits in Indonesia (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments with a problem-solving mindset.
