Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement stock control measures to minimize discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays or damages, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to negotiate favorable terms.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations is highly desirable.
