Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of complex engineering projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and manufacturing specialists, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and design reviews to optimize performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
- Develop and refine 2D/3D models, technical drawings, and prototypes using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit).
- Oversee the testing and validation of designs, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, materials, and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in design engineering, with a proven track record in senior or lead roles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit) and engineering simulation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical designs.
- Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Indonesian engineering regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic setting.
