Responsibility
- Assist in the assembly, calibration, and testing of wire bonding machines and related semiconductor equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to diagnose technical issues and implement solutions.
- Document test results, maintenance logs, and operational procedures for quality assurance.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards in handling sensitive electronic components.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Support the setup and adjustment of equipment parameters to meet production specifications.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in a structured shift environment (Mon–Fri + alternating Saturdays).
- Hands-on mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.
- Familiarity with hand tools, multimeters, or oscilloscopes is a plus.
