Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify adherence to engineering designs and industry best practices.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, permits, and compliance reports.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support procurement processes by evaluating materials, equipment, and vendor proposals for cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Promote a culture of safety on-site by enforcing health and safety protocols and conducting regular training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field (accredited program preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or similar engineering software.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications (e.g., Greenship) is a plus.
