Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of high-precision aerospace fasteners, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and stress testing to validate product durability and performance under extreme conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to optimize production processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and test reports.
- Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvements without compromising product integrity.
- Stay abreast of emerging materials and technologies in aerospace engineering to drive innovation.
- Support prototyping and testing phases, ensuring products meet rigorous aerospace certification requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to mentorship programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product engineering, with a focus on aerospace fasteners or precision components.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS).
- Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards (e.g., AS9100, MIL-SPEC, NADCAP).
- Experience with material selection, heat treatment, and surface coating for aerospace applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to engineering challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
