Responsibility
- Develop and maintain capacity and cost models to support manufacturing operations and business growth.
- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles.
- Monitor and optimize resource utilization to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct time and motion studies to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all manufacturing processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Proficiency in using industrial engineering software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Indonesia is a plus.
