Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of mechanical engineering projects, with a focus on HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Develop and review AutoCAD drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for project deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify adherence to safety and performance standards.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for mechanical engineering projects.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency.
- Ensure all projects meet local regulations, industry codes, and environmental sustainability requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing installation, supervision, or project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical system design, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ISO).
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali (Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, or surrounding areas).
