Responsibility
- Design and develop products in alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product initiatives.
- Optimize existing products to improve performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing, EPC, oil/gas, or mining industries.
- Strong knowledge of product design, development, and optimization processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
