Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of mechanical systems for MEP construction projects, ensuring adherence to technical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment, ensuring quality and safety compliance.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to align with client and industry standards.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, optimizing efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential mechanical or operational challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project innovation and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role within MEP construction.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA).
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
