Located in Bayan Lepas, Penang, this position provides a competitive salary range of RM 2,800 – RM 3,500 per month, along with opportunities for professional development and career progression.
Responsibility
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment, including FOL, EOL, DA, WB, SMT, Laser Mark, and AOI systems.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Document and report equipment performance, issues, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures in all operational tasks.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians to enhance team productivity and expertise.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, preferably in a semiconductor or electronics environment.
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in FOL, EOL, DA, WB, SMT, Laser Mark, or AOI processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
