Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for AMR systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and calibration of robotic equipment to meet operational standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to report recurring issues and contribute to system improvements.
- Train end-users on system operation, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all technical interventions.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new AMR systems as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, maintenance, or troubleshooting of automated systems.
- Strong understanding of robotics, PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for system analysis.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Certifications in robotics or automation (e.g., ROS, industrial robot programming) are a plus.
