As a BIM Engineer, you will leverage cutting-edge Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to enhance project planning, execution, and delivery. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination between architects, engineers, and construction teams, reducing errors and optimizing project timelines. Based in Denpasar, Bali, you’ll work in a collaborative environment that values precision, creativity, and sustainability. Whether you're modeling complex structures, resolving clashes, or improving workflows, your work will directly influence the success of landmark projects in Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, and beyond.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for civil, structural, and MEP systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure clash detection and resolution, improving project coordination.
- Generate and manage BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Produce detailed shop drawings, quantities, and schedules from BIM models to support construction teams.
- Conduct 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) simulations to optimize project timelines and budgets.
- Train and mentor team members on BIM best practices and software utilization.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and client specifications in all BIM deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, preferably in civil or structural engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360; familiarity with ArchiCAD or Tekla is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, standards, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
