Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive testing and debugging of server systems, PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies), and related electronic components.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware and firmware issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze test failures and implement corrective actions.
- Document test procedures, results, and anomalies in detailed technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality control protocols, and safety regulations.
- Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in the development and optimization of test processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or PCBA debugging.
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
- Strong understanding of circuit diagrams, schematics, and electronic components.
- Experience with server hardware, embedded systems, or industrial electronics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical documentation and procedures.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
