Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of BMS/FMCS projects, from conceptualization to commissioning, for data centres and smart buildings.
- Design and implement SCADA, IoT, and automation systems to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate smart building technologies with existing infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce technical standards, protocols, and best practices for BMS/FMCS deployments in compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, ASHRAE).
- Oversee vendor and contractor management, including procurement, performance evaluation, and quality assurance.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Drive energy optimization initiatives through data analytics, AI, and machine learning applications.
- Mentor and train technical teams on BMS/FMCS operations, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., LEED, BACnet, LonWorks) are a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in BMS/FMCS project management, with a focus on data centres or large-scale commercial buildings.
- Proven expertise in SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell), PLC programming, and IoT integration.
- Strong knowledge of building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX) and energy management standards.
- Experience with cloud-based monitoring platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure Digital Twins) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent project management skills (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred) with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support may be provided for exceptional candidates).
