This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 12,000,000 – IDR 18,000,000 per month, along with the chance to work on cutting-edge projects in one of Southeast Asia’s most exciting markets.
Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential risks, propose solutions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to develop and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management on key milestones, challenges, and resolutions.
- Implement and enforce best practices in construction methodologies, materials selection, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide innovative solutions to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction engineering, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software for design and project planning.
- Excellent knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia or international equivalents.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and adapt to dynamic work environments.
