Responsibility
- Lead and oversee M&E and HVAC project execution from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
- Develop and implement mechanical systems for semiconductor facilities, optimizing performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate HVAC and M&E solutions into project designs.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, providing regular progress reports to senior management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in semiconductor and HVAC technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E or HVAC engineering, with a focus on semiconductor facilities.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASHRAE, ISO, etc.) and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and engineering simulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic startup culture.
