Responsibility
- Oversee the design, planning, and execution of solar PV projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit permit applications, documentation, and compliance reports to local authorities and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, M&E engineers, and contractors to integrate solar systems into building designs using Revit/BIM software.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses to optimize system performance and ROI.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to source high-quality solar components and equipment.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
- Provide technical support and training to clients, contractors, and internal teams as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in solar project engineering, M&E systems, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, or other design software for solar system modeling.
- Strong knowledge of PV system design, electrical schematics, and local/regional solar regulations.
- Experience with permit acquisition, documentation, and compliance processes for solar projects.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian energy policies and grid connection standards is a plus.
