Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of power generator projects, including assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C).
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to oversee installation and testing activities.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on power generator systems or related energy projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of power generator assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
