Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive testing and inspection of semiconductor components using advanced equipment and methodologies.
- Assemble, calibrate, and troubleshoot manufacturing and test equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document test results, anomalies, and deviations with meticulous attention to detail for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues in the production process.
- Follow strict safety protocols and industry standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks on test equipment to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new testing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in semiconductor testing and assembly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Test Technician, Manufacturing Technician, or Assembly Technician, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor testing equipment (e.g., probe stations, automated test systems).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
