Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to handover, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize construction methodologies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and cost analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead value engineering initiatives to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Ensure all projects meet environmental and sustainability standards, aligning with Country Garden Pacificview’s commitment to eco-friendly development.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project engineering or site management, with a proven track record in large-scale residential or commercial construction.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and BIM tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and international building standards (e.g., ISO, LEED).
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or on international projects is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
