Responsibility
- Supervise and execute the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, wiring, and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards (e.g., PU, PLN, or international codes).
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, breakdowns, or malfunctions in equipment and infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports, schematics, and documentation for all electrical work.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to plan and implement electrical projects.
- Ensure all work complies with Indonesian electrical regulations and company safety protocols.
- Source, select, and manage electrical components and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Qualifications
- Certified Chargeman A0 license (mandatory) from the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or supervision, preferably in industrial or commercial settings.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including LV/MV switchgear, transformers, motors, and control panels.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical codes (e.g., PUIL, SNI) and international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta) and adapt to on-call or shift-based schedules as needed.
