Responsibility
- Perform routine service, repair, and preventive maintenance on factory machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in production equipment and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in machine settings and adjustments to meet production specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues that impact efficiency and output.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to detect and address potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts replacements.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of factory machinery and equipment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems commonly used in food manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
