Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to evaluate project viability and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and stakeholder presentations to senior management and clients.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects from start to finish.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and BIM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
