Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of CVD processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to enhance process yields and reduce defects.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for CVD operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on CVD equipment and processes.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in semiconductor manufacturing and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a focus on CVD equipment.
- Proven expertise in process development, optimization, and troubleshooting for CVD systems.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and industry standards (e.g., ISO, SEMI).
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, or MATLAB) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and EHS compliance.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (preference for candidates already in the region).
