Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-complexity engineering projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, leveraging Agile or Waterfall methodologies as needed.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to align project objectives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to proactively address potential project challenges.
- Drive technical feasibility studies and provide expert recommendations for design, materials, and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial analyses, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8+ years of project engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects (budgets >$1M) in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
