As part of our dynamic team, you will troubleshoot, repair, and enhance RFID-based access control, surveillance, and asset-tracking systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to the safety, efficiency, and compliance of premium gaming facilities across Bali’s most exclusive locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on RFID readers, tags, and security system hardware in casino environments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to access control, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems.
- Configure, test, and deploy RFID-based asset tracking and inventory management solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate systems and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users, including staff and management.
- Document all maintenance activities, system changes, and incident reports for audit purposes.
- Stay updated on emerging RFID and security technologies to recommend upgrades and improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for casino personnel on system operation and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintaining RFID, access control, or security systems (casino/gaming industry is a plus).
- Hands-on expertise with RFID hardware/software (e.g., Impinj, Zebra, HID) and security protocols.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with CCTV, biometric systems, and electronic locking mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.
