Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
- Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor project progress and address any technical challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Optimize project workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong technical expertise in engineering principles, design, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Indonesia is a plus.
