Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced production models to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Utilize AI and machine learning tools to analyze production data and predict operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement data-driven improvements.
- Conduct simulations and scenario analyses to evaluate the impact of process changes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for modeling methodologies and best practices.
- Identify bottlenecks in production workflows and propose innovative solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in production modeling and AI.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production modeling, simulation, or operational analytics.
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
