Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to maintain project efficiency.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, and compliance records.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
- Liaise with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or construction management (5+ years for Senior role).
- Proven track record of managing construction projects in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is a plus.
