Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all phases of construction projects to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, or budget overruns through proactive problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all projects adhere to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, regulations, and permitting processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
