Responsibility
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, Operations) to streamline workflows and reduce downtime.
- Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, yield, cycle time) and present findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational excellence.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab) and statistical methods.
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, or 8D problem-solving methodologies.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, or other regulatory compliance frameworks is advantageous.
