We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Manager to oversee and lead our civil engineering projects, ensuring excellence in execution, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
In this pivotal role, you will manage on-site construction activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive project completion within budget and timeline. Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to align project goals and resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Enforce quality control standards and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Manage on-site personnel, including laborers, technicians, and subcontractors, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Procure and manage construction materials, equipment, and resources while minimizing waste and cost overruns.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to create a secure working environment.
- Resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and address any issues that may arise during project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management for civil construction projects, preferably in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure, residential, or commercial projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, structural engineering, and local building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction landscape and regulatory environment is highly advantageous.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is preferred.
